Why AcademicLeap?

We are passionate about what we do and have personally experienced that timely academic help has potential to change lives. We pride on our deep subject matter knowledge, and put uncompromising emphasis on quality of our sessions. We always come prepared for the sessions customized to your student's specific needs and pace of grasping. We help our students develop confidence and the right approach towards learning. A large number of our students have been coming year after year for successive courses in their academic journey. We truly believe that your success matters!!

Do you tutor 1-1 or in groups?

Both. We offer following tutoring formats:

  • Private: 1-1

  • Semi-private: 2 students/group

  • Small groups: 4 to 5

Which alternative is best for me?

Many students  prefer private tutoring because they find it easier to communicate with the tutor to clear their doubts. Others prefer groups as it is more economical and perhaps more interesting due to healthy competition. We assess the student’s academic needs and aptitude to make our recommendations on the best alternative.

How widespread is your students base?

Our students come from all around Austin (Leander, Round Rock, Austin, Lake Travis and Eanes ISDs). We also get students from UT Austin, Texas A&M (College Station), Concordia and TSU (San Marcos). Few of our students come from San Antonio.

What are your rates and availability?

Please call or email us to find out the availability and fee. The availability keeps changing and the fee depends upon grade, subject and the tutoring format.

What are your tutoring timings?

We tutor from 8am-1pm in the morning, and our evenings sessions run from 3pm-9pm. We often offer discounts for morning sessions. Typically students sign up for 1 hr or 2 hr sessions.

How do you ensure that my student is making academic progressing?

We keep track of your student’s upcoming exams, quizzes and projects. We also monitor their school grades and keep you (parents) duly informed of progress.
